Torch ginger flower gives our tamarind-based soup its authentic, refreshing flavor. Add fish or other seafood; serve over noodles or pasta.
Details:
This noodle soup dish is best served with julienned pineapple, shredded cucumber, shrimp/sliced fish cake, bean sprouts and thinly sliced onions. Amount of garnishing used depends on preference, usually about a tablespoon worth each.
